Alex Perez

BS in Civil Engineering

Lyles College Of Engineering

Alexis Perez is a 3rd-year Civil Engineering student. He is a member of ASCE (American Society of Civil Engineers), ITE (Institute of Transportation Engineers), and the Kendo club. He participates in the CHP (California Highway Patrol) Explorer program, works as a real estate assistant, and is on the path to obtaining his real estate license. Alexis is also in the process of contributing to research within FSTI.

Anahi Labra is in the Interactive Multimedia Design track, and is working as the web designer for FSTI. Previously, she attended a Studio Arts program while studying abroad in Florence, Italy where she had the opportunity to be in two art exhibitions. In addition, her poster designs were chosen for a magazine created by Fondazione Palazzo Strozzi, an art gallery foundation, for their project Art Matters.

Cesar Aranibar is a 2nd-year mechanical engineer. He is the Vice President of Sundogs and often likes to go into eco-friendly solutions. Cesar also works as a researcher for eco-friendly semiconductors at the Jordan Agricultural Research Center. Finally, he has been an active member of FSTI, helping with the camps and projects along the way.

Jerome is an undergraduate student pursuing his Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis on transportation at the Lyles College of Engineering. He is a student assistant at the Fresno State Transportation Institute and is currently working alongside the Department of Media, Communications and Journalism to put together multiple FSTI informational videos.

Kritika

BS in Computer Science

Kritika is an international student currently in her second year majoring in Computer Science. She has previously worked with the admissions and recruitment office at Fresno State, and now has a current role in Supplemental Instruction, an academic support initiative that offers students peer-assisted study sessions and office hours outside of the classroom. She is also working as a Student Assistant at Fresno State Transportation Institute, showcasing her commitment to both academic and administrative excellence.

Currently pursuing a degree, Logan's passion for design is driven by a desire to create positive impacts. Working with Fresno State Transportation Institute, Logan has found a fulfilling space to contribute skills and creativity to important causes. Logan's design journey is characterized by a fusion of artistry and purpose, and a relentless dedication to making the world a more visually engaging and meaningful place.

Mathias is an international student from Ecuador who arrived at Fresno State in 2021 to pursue his Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. He has previously assisted in the instruction of calculus classes and currently contributes to the Fresno State Transportation Institute. Some of his passions include rock climbing, hiking, and exploring data analysis.

Meera's involvement in international events, her diverse skill set spanning programming to graphic design, and her numerous achievements both academically and in extracurricular activities showcase her as a well-rounded and accomplished individual poised for success in the tech industry.

I am currently a junior majoring in computer science with a strong passion in artificial intelligence. Originally from India, I enjoy reading about new technology and ideas. My long-term goal is to build and run an AI-focused company. I previously worked as a Supplemental Instruction Leader for a computer science course and am now assisting FSTI in its work. In addition, I am a passionate sports person and like reading and traveling in my spare time.

Alexa is a sophomore mechanical engineer with an interest in aerospace and space travel. Some of her interests include building rockets, taking care of her 3 foster kittens, and spending quality time with her friends. One day she hopes to travel to space, but viewing the stars from her backyard is good enough for now. In the future she hopes to work in the aerospace industry, preferably for a company that focuses on space travel and exploration. She believes that all dreams are achievable with enough determination.
