We believe the only way to learn is to experience.

Each semester, we invite students to join us on field trips and industry tours. Industry Visits - Connecting students to industry and real application of their degrees.

Locations have included local industry leaders as well as NASA JPL, Google, Apple, Tesla, Edwards Air Force Base, Computer History Museum, and Levis Stadium.

All field trip opportunities are on a first-come first-served basis - students must sign-up in a timely manner.

Our leadership retreats provides students in the Lyles College of Engineering an opportunity to develop and learn leadership skills that can be implemented in their respective student organizations, and throughout their academic careers.

Organizations from the Valley and beyond contact Student Services directly to recruit interns and employees. They have the opportunity to post in our Employment & Internship database where students can go and search for the internship or career of their dreams.

We believe the key to success is 'community' and our students are able to build a community through various clubs and organizations. Through participation, students have the opportunity to support one-another, attend events and conferences, and build their leadership skills.
