IChange

As a part of the KIND program's NSF ADVANCE Partnership grant, the NSF INCLUDES Aspire Alliance (1834518, 1834522, 1834510, 1834513, 1834526, 1834521) is leading a cohort of their IChange program exclusively for CSU campuses. Eight CSU campuses (Fresno State, Cal Poly SLO, San Jose State, CSULA, Cal Poly Pomona, SFSU, San Bernardino, Cal Poly Humboldt) are participating in the cohort. As a part of the IChange program, teams of faculty, administrators, and or staff from each of these schools will perform a self-assessment of their policies and practices related to hiring, onboarding, retention, and culture as it pertains to engineering and closely related disciplines. Equipped with the findings of these self-assessments, teams will work to develop action plans to meet each university's diversity, equity, and inclusion goals related to engineering.
