ECE Lab Issue Report Form - Please use this form to report any issues with ECE Department laboratories or Equipment. 

Equipment Checkout - To request equipment checkout, send an email to Department Technician Rob Mavis (rmavis@mail.fresnostate.edu) specifying the equipment needed, the project it is for, and the associated faculty advisor or instructor.

Locker Request Form

To gain access to the EE223 Senior Design Lab, complete both required steps below:

• Step 1: Complete the Safety Quiz
  • Take the ECE General Lab Safety Quiz (Note: This must be completed every semester).
• Step 2: Submit Access Request
  • Send an email to Department Technician Rob Mavis at rmavis@mail.fresnostate.edu.
  • Include the following details in your message:
    • Full Name
    • Student ID Number
    • Student Email (@mail.fresnostate.edu)
    • Faculty Project Advisor
